Sr. Compliance Reporting Analyst
Location: El Segundo, CA
Duration: 6 months contract

Candidates should have experience in tasks that require a very high level of attention to detail. Candidates should have extremely proficient Excel skills (recent test scores required with each submittal- please). Candidates with experience in regulated industries will be the best fit.

The Senior Analyst Compliance Reporting supports the Compliance Manager in all transparency reporting efforts. He or she works with various cross-functional departments and interfaces with all North America companies to ensure they are in compliance with existing state and federal legislation. Primary job responsibilities include monitoring of compliance activities and transparency reporting.

Transparency Reporting:
Regular monitoring of the Resolution Center in MediSpend (Aggregate Spend/Transparency Reporting Solution), including working with transaction initiators to resolve issues/errors. This may initially include a high volume of manually matching physician and hospital data.
Regular monitoring and research of transactions recorded via the Code of Conduct form for proper compliance and documentation. This will be done in collaboration with other compliance personnel.
Daily monitoring of files transferred to MediSpend and of reports confirmation received from the vendor.
Monthly reconciliation of source system reports to MediSpend data
Quarterly management of the certification process
Monthly review and analysis of specific complex transactions that cannot be automatically reported
Monthly review of manual transactions entered into the Webportal
Regular assistance of users with the various systems of capture (Code of Conduct Form, Concur, MediSpend, Webportal)
Quarterly review of research activities for accurate reporting
Ongoing troubleshooting of MediSpend and source systems
User and configuration maintenance of MediSpend
Annual monitoring and management of customer dispute resolutions
Quarterly and Annual review and validation of MediSpend state and federal reports
Support for State and Federal transparency audits
Analysis of policy/compliance law violations and retraining violators

Duties also include:

Frequently sitting using office equipment
Travel: 0-10%

Required Skills:
A minimum education level of a Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 5 year experience with 2-3 years analytical work preferred
Strong computer skills including advanced Excel skills
SAP experience a plus
Some audit experience a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
