The Senior Labor Relations Compensation Analyst applies solid knowledge of compensation and employee labor relations data to provide analytical insight to inform compensation related decisions and programs. They are responsible for producing routine and complex reports for analytical support, ongoing research, wage-modeling and wage analysis for base pay recommendations and labor relations programs.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Provides analytic support for labor relations program management and implementation. Develops, updates, maintains and distributes monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports regarding labor relations modeling, and represented employee data.
Supports bargaining activities, including preparatory research, by developing and producing analytics and reports. Builds and tests wage modeling. When required, attends bargaining sessions to assist with compensation/wage grid modeling and creation.
Ensures the accuracy of compensation-related data that is maintained within company information systems and databases. Partners with Compensation Dept. for base pay evaluations and provides salary recommendations to ensure internal equity and market alignment of labor relations programs.
Maintains databases and templates for reporting and analysis purposes. Responds to inquiries regarding represented salaries, wage grids, modeling and reports. Creates and maintains report procedure documents. Trains users on reports.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of degree
Four (4) years progressive compensation or analytics experience.
