Summary of Responsibilities:

Do you enjoy helping people understand their Total Rewards using your influence to drive compensation and benefit strategies? If so, we are looking for a dynamic Sr.

Compensation and Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. Your role will be extremely important to the organization as you will be developing and administering programs that are aligned with our strategies to drive performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

Essential Responsibilities:

You'll use your bachelor's degree in HR, or equivalent job experience, to administer both employee and executive compensation programs in Workday, including base salary and incentive compensation programs, assist with the execution of our Total Rewards strategy, conduct research on current and future policies, practices, trends and technology affecting Total Rewards and manage our rewards and recognition program. Experience with benefit plans, and other total rewards, is a plus as you would be joining a versatile and collaborative Human Capital team that strives to meet and exceed our organization's needs both now and in the future.

For more information on Pro Mach's brands visit JOB DESCRIPTION: * Analyze data and prepare action-oriented reports with the purpose of identifying relationships, trends, and profit enhancing opportunities. * Develop and administer a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tools. * Employ quantitative statistical techniques (percentages, averages, regression analysis, trend analysis, confidence intervals, etc.) to solve problems and achieve results. * Utilize findings to lead new initiatives and take action with stakeholders to effect positive change. * Interface and act as an aftermarket-related resource for internal company departments and external Stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting, Service, Purchasing, Engineering, Customers, and Suppliers), to address and resolve inquiries and problems. * Provide administrative support to the Aftermarket team and related stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: * BS in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or similar field * 2+ years of related experience working within a business to business environment, strong background in data analytics preferred * Proficiency in MS Excel, MS SQL Management Studio, Conditional Logic, SQL Query Writing, and Quantitative Statistical Techniques * Ability to think both critically and creatively to problem solve and make connections between business data and business operations * Ability to function independently and balance multiple priorities simultaneously * Strong verbal and e-mail communication skills BENEFITS: Salary is only a part of a well-developed compensation program.
