Summary

Assist the organizations ability to attract and retain top talent and create strong alignment of employees interests with our organization's strategic goals. Youll be responsible for the administration of compensation programs such as salaries, short and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and salary surveys that support the companys world-class compensation policies. Youll assist with market research, analyze data, and benchmark within the market. Youll have the ability to partner with departments in and outside of the HR organization.

Key Focuses

• Participate in competitive benchmarking and survey analysis to assist with the evaluation of the Companys salary ranges, job levels, short-term and long-term incentive program design, and other compensation programs such as annual merit & review cycle.
• Administer our annual merit process, bonus, and equity processes in partnership with our Compensation team.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to structure candidate compensation based on market conditions and other factors.
• Provide data coordination, management, auditing, and reporting to assist in the development, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs and policies.
• Audit internal compensation against similar roles/functions, levels, and impact to ensure compensation infrastructure is consistent and fair.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources related field
• 2+ years in Compensation, Benefits, Finance, or related field (included but not limited to: compensation management software, compensation analysis, external benchmarking, market pricing, and salary surveys)
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, sumif, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data from various reports, draw conclusions and make recommendations concerning the effectiveness of solutions

Preferred education and experience

• 3+ years of experience in a compensation based role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and recognizing trends
• Experience working with compensation vendors such as Aon Radford, etc.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-145,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
