We are partnered with an outstanding organization seeking a talented and driven Senior Compensation Analyst. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for creating and overseeing plans for competitive pay and benefits. This position gives you the opportunity to actively influence our corporate culture by putting in place pay plans that cover the company's future success, reward and motivate progress.
*This is a direct-hire, fulltime, and hybrid position. (Office Location: Pasadena, CA)
Core Duties:
Manage incentive, benefits, and salary plans while making sure that the cycles of wage increases and compensation processes are evaluated annually.
Carry out in-depth market research and analysis to pinpoint new trends and suggest improvements to the programme.
Provide employees and subordinates advice on the organization's benefits and compensation plans.
Gather and examine data about perks and pay inside the company, contrasting internal policies with external labour market norms.
Keep track of records, brochures, prospectuses, and other paperwork pertaining to programmes that are offered; respond to questions and forward complicated problems to administrators or vendors.
Make sure that the withholdings and computations for compensation and benefits are accurate.
Analyse market data in-depth to provide insights and suggestions for changes to perks and compensation.
Maintain adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory standards for benefits packages and pay equity.
Oversee the creation and execution of communication plans pertaining to pay, making sure they are precise and in line with company goals.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
5 or more years of expertise in finance and human resources, with a concentration on non-exempt employee pay
Computer proficiency is needed to use Payfactors (Payscale) and Google Suite.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
High vigor and a cheerful disposition
Strong emotional intelligence
