Position Purpose:
Develops, analyzes, and assists in the administration of compensation programs that meet The Home Depot objectives and needs. Evaluates and makes recommendations for changes in company's compensation programs. Consults with HR clients or business partners to assist with compensation decisions or issues. Supports day-to-day compensation activities including the production of compensation communications and approvals. Focus may include store, corporate, incentive plans, equity programs, and diversified business compensation programs. This role is responsible for annual benchmarking process and leading annual survey processes. Additionally, this role utilizes analytical and presentation skills to support the development of reporting on various compensation programs and annual compensation strategy development.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of HR / finance / accounting or other professional analytical experience
Ability to identify trends and resolve root cause of problems, such as systems issues, policy issues, etc.
