Sr. Commercial Analyst, Enterprise Solutions - Atlanta, GA1000 Abernathy Rd, NEAtlanta, Georgia, 30328United States Career OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity working with WestRocks Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) whose mission is to leverage our broad portfolio of offerings and multinational team to deliver winning solutions that score with our customers audiences and help them win across the board. We focus on some of the companys most strategic accounts (~1/3 of total company sales) as well as the cross-selling activities for all WestRock. The analyst will support the Enterprise Solutions Hub with skills pertaining to a range of commercial activities, cross selling, innovation, design, marketing, communication, with a focus on financial and commercial analysis. Therefore, experience and skill in the financial and/or analytical fields is highly desired. Strong project management skills and manufacturing experiences are also highly recommended. This position is designed for someone who is interested in the commercial and analytics fields and want a broad commercial experience through working some of the companys most strategic accounts. The role has high exposure to WestRock senior leadership, as well as a variety of other WestRock groups. Analyst is encouraged to network across WRK and develop an area/department of interest and focus and the intention is to eventually move into a division (or a function area) to further his/her business knowledge. We believe a 2-year term provides a well round experience at ESG but are flexible depending on an Analysts experience, career desire, as well as opportunities available. How You Will Impact WestRock Support various strategic account projects that utilize project management and other commercial experience as a core team member (i.e. account planning, enterprise level RFP coordination, customer meeting strategy and collaterals) Work closely with the business development teams, division commercial teams, as well as other customer solutions teams to develop pipeline projects and opportunities Help develop and analyze enterprise level commercial data/platform (i.e. enterprise sales, margins, contracts etc.) Support ESG internal projects (goals development and tracking, cost center financials, etc.) Administer the company wide cross selling program and work with senior leaders to drive and execute proactive cross selling initiatives Work with ESG leaders to educate and implement companywide marketing campaigns to drive sales growth (i.e. Critical customer challenges and WestRock solutions) Support other areas of the group such as data mining, Commercial Excellence and some MarCom) What You need to succeed Ability to analyze key customer data (sales, financials, and other) and draw conclusions as it pertains to customer and strategy projects Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and creative problem solving recommended Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 3+ years of work experience as an individual contributor across team developing creative solutions that increase profitability Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization Ability to communicate both simple and complex ideas effectively.
