We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Collection Strategist in the Fort Meade, MD area. In this role, you will be involved in cyberspace intelligence activities in support of the United States Cyber Command missions.

In this opportunity, you will serve as a Senior Collection Strategist performing a range of collection strategies, assessments, enterprise capabilities, and vulnerability, signature, and access functions. You will participate in the development of multi-disciplinary collection strategies that leverage resources to address various complex, command-wide intelligence collection issues and recommend enhanced or new collection approaches or processes to address the identified issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience OR 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience and specialized training without a bachelor degree.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; AND willingness to take, and pass, a CI polygraph exam.

  • Ability to operate individually or as a team supporting USCYBERCOM command priorities

  • Expertise applying advance collection management tradecraft principles and approaches to satisfy the unique intelligence information requirements of the cyber threat operating environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Collection Management Certified Professional Fundamental (CMCP-F)
  • Familiar with the following tools: CRATE, CSRP, CHROME, PULSE, OSCAR, COLISEUM, NSRP, TESTFLIGHT

The positions primary responsibilities will be to provide spectrum management support to process frequency assignments from AF program office and major commands to the NTIA. Support requires knowledge of the review of assignments for spectrum dependent devices. The candidate should have experience with DOD acquisition process, the review and certification of spectrum dependent devices, spectrum management, and technical leadership. The position requires understanding of a wide variety of spectrum dependent systems including radars, communications, data links, and SATCOM. The work will require coordination and engagement with Air Force program offices, AF CIO and DOD Chief Information Offices, and other federal agencies. Finally the work will require review and development of spectrum related policies and procedures applicable both nationally and internationally. Minimum Requirements Graduate of the Inter-service Radio Frequency Management School (IRFMS) or The Army Spectrum Management Course, with 15+ years of experience working within Spectrum Management. Requires Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of any of the following softwares: Spectrum Certification System (SCS), Equipment Location Certification Information database (EL-CID), Spectrum XXI, Host Nation Spectrum Worldwide Database Online (HNSWDO), or Stepstone. * Knowledge of any of the following software's: Spectrum Certification System (SCS), Equipment Location Certification Information database (EL-CID), Spectrum XXI, Host Nation Spectrum Worldwide Database Online (HNSWDO), or Stepstone. * Experience submitting Government Master File (GMF) assignments. * Experience coordinating with national level spectrum management offices like Army Spectrum Management Office, Air Force Spectrum Management Office, or FAA.
