Pay Range: $80,377 - 99,667 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM's Senior Collections Manager, you will manage legal, collections and administrative support staff and oversee all collections and recovery processes in all regions. NFM is looking for someone with proven leadership experience with organization, attention to detail, analytical and strategic thinking.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Lead: Collector training, coaching and implement new techniques and skills

  • Manage: Relationships with external/internal legal services in all regions to coordinate recovery of merchandise; process attorney files/payment applications

  • Oversee: Review and approve all negotiations and settlements; progress reports and measurement review; top 10 balance default reviews/discussion

  • Collaborate: Partners with external collection partners and finance division including facilitating quarter meetings

  • Analyze: Significant events; manage process improvements and system enhancement review

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field required

  • 6 years of experience in finance required

  • 4 years supervisory or management experience required

  • Ability to multitask and work with direct reports and 3rd party vendors

  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

  • Ongoing acceptable credit

  • Some travel between NFM locations may be required

  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, credit, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
