Senior Clerical Assistant
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.70 - $25.05

Job Summary: The Senior Clerical Assistant will support the services provided by the County Clerk's Office, which include, front counter services, process marriage license and passport applications, DNR and Transit Sales. Additional duties involve processing mail, copying of documents, basic word processing, data entry, filing, archived document retrieval, answering phones and providing information to the general public.

Team player with the ability to work harmoniously and effectively with both co-workers and external contacts. Must possess oral and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge of computer and software applications including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). The ability to use a Cash Register, POS Station, and Document Scanner. Frequent contact with external entities to gather factual information of a confidential manner. The ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, routine reports, forms and correspondences.
