Provide clerical support to Claims Adjuster and/or Claim Representatives to assist with the processing of complex claims.
As part of the Global Life team, you will work independently but with direct supervision, and provide clerical duties in support of the Claims department. This includes document processing, data entry, document storage and retrieval, sorting, and other support that ensures the quality and quantity of electronic records retention on our customers.
In this role primary accountabilities will include:
Creates, prepares and assembles insurance documents and other specific documentation as directed.
Checks and verifies accuracy and completeness of documents and information
Enters data into prescribed systems, spreadsheets or software as directed
