The challenge

Adobe's Campaign Unit is looking for a hardworking, proactive Enterprise Campaign Specialist who has had experience in account development with Marketing Automation solutions, and good knowledge of Analytical and Personalization tools. The Corporate Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Adobe Campaign Unit's existing new and client relationships within accounts falling within the territory and will primarily focus on cross channel campaign solutions. Experience in mid-market retail area is important to this role. Candidate with experience selling a marketing cloud solution is preferred. Measures of success include pipeline generation, revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team and business unit.

Role will work remotely from a home office in the East.

What you'll do

  • Build pipeline by email, phone, field marketing, and direct mail campaigns.

  • Drive specific product revenue in the territory.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with partners by understanding their needs and business objectives.

  • Track, monitor and report performance for each AE introducing Adobe Campaign products in the accounts.

  • Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional license and services.

  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our service offerings.

  • Convert customer problems into sales opportunities

  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

  • Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts.

  • Work with various AE's within Adobe to drive revenue opportunities in the region, they must have Marketing Automation, Email and Cross Channel Campaign background and ability to work with a team of other cross functional product AE's.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years proven track record of mid-market or enterprise level direct sales expertise into Retail accounts. 2+ years of account development experience preferred. Prior success in carrying a $1M + quota also preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of web content management, email marketing campaign management and/or targeting required. Prior experience selling into the CMO and/or Marketing business unit highly desired. Experience in selling Saas also required.

  • Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise Solutions required.

  • Strong understanding of Value Selling Sales Methodology as well as the ability to forge and maintain good business relationships.

  • Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.

  • Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess partnership performance and make recommendations for each account.

  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities.

  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, partnering with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Production & Marketing.

  • Strong understanding of Web and Marketing technologies.

  • Creative problem-solving approach.

Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Campaign Specialist. As the Development Office nears the completion of their $3B fundraising campaign and increasingly drives cross-cutting initiatives throughout NYU Langone Health that involve many stakeholders, coordinating work and resources throughout the Development Office is essential to our success. The Office of the SVP seeks a Senior Campaign Specialist to work on various projects throughout the Development Office, which may include, but are not limited to the following: Job Responsibilities: * Work closely with the SVP and Senior Managing Division Director to execute leadership priorities and meet campaign goals including: * Assisting in Day-to-day operations such as facilitating the Daily Brief * Serving a lead role in larger strategic SVP projects such as coordinating semi-annual SVP/Gift Officer workshops * Conceptualize and develop fundraising programs/events to drive new revenue streams and build new donor base as we come out of the campaign including: * Creating programs/events that focus on increased corporate and individual engagement opportunities such as building packages to increase engagement beyond annual outright giving for the BOO, BOT, and other PG donors * Leveraging existing NYULH programs to enhance our corporate and individual donor experience * Expanding Peer-To-Peer fundraising * Driving new third party events * Working collaboratively across the office to build strategy for full life cycle of these donors * Collaborate across divisions to develop creative strategies to maximize current donor population and reach untapped target demographics, as advised by institutional priorities Minimum Qualifications: * To qualify you must have a Bachelor Degree. * 5-7+ years of relevant experience including third party community events. * Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. * Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment. * Excellent listening and problem-solving skills. * Possesses: intellectual curiosity, kindness, integrity, and a sense of humor, even and especially in times of stress. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Adaptability and openness to feedback. * Sense of urgency in completing projects. * Computer literacy required, specifically knowledge of MS Office package, including Outlook, Word and Excel. * Proven leadership, management, and organizational skills as well as experience in designing and executing comprehensive fundraising processes and procedures. * Extensive experience working with fundraising volunteers. * The charisma, cultural sensitivity, and communication skills necessary to be an effective representative of NYU Langone Health and a liaison to the donor base. * The creativity, energy, and interpersonal skills needed to introduce and champion new ideas.
