The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# Angular and a good understanding of ASP.NET MVC. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation initiatives and enhancing our manufacturing processes through innovative software solutions.

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced software solutions tailored to our manufacturing operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality scalable and secure applications.

• Utilize expertise in C# and Angular to design develop and optimize applications that meet business needs.

• Apply best practices in software development to ensure code quality maintainability and performance.

• Participate in code reviews mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements in the industrial manufacturing sector to drive innovation.

• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Ensure applications are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and third-party services.

• Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

• Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sr. Developer in the industrial manufacturing domain with a strong portfolio of projects.

• Expertise in C# and Angular is mandatory with a solid understanding of ASP.NET MVC being highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment delivering projects on time and to specification.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is preferred.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,200 - $106,200 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
