Provide dedicated premium level support of the CES software to our clients
Troubleshoot product issues, investigate software logs, and research internal documentation in order to create and deliver solutions to clients
Perform product installations, quarterly updates, and upgrade to new releases
Optimize and tune systems for maximum performance
Develop SQL queries and scripts for troubleshooting purposes and to provide resolutions to technical issues
Create technical documentation and product alerts for known issues that contain detailed issue descriptions, resolutions, and workarounds
Act as advocate for the client as you liaison with the product delivery team, technical product manager and developers
Report product defects to development, track their life cycle and test product fixes
Collaborate with QA team and assist with testing efforts to ensure product quality
Lead and mentor other Systems Analysts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in Systems Analysis or IT Development
3 years of Relational Database experience to include understanding of database scripting and troubleshooting in Oracle and / or SQL Server
Production Software Support experience
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
UnitedHealth Group work experience
Experience working with the CES (Claims Edit System) software
Experience working with any of the following adjudication platforms: QNXT, Facets, Epic Tapestry, Amisys, HealthRules
Software support in a healthcare environment
Software implementation experience
Experience working with test plans and test cases
Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at once
