You will play a pivotal role in the software development cycle and consult with end users for software development implementation and support. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated premium level support of the CES software to our clients

  • Troubleshoot product issues, investigate software logs, and research internal documentation in order to create and deliver solutions to clients

  • Perform product installations, quarterly updates, and upgrade to new releases

  • Optimize and tune systems for maximum performance

  • Develop SQL queries and scripts for troubleshooting purposes and to provide resolutions to technical issues

  • Create technical documentation and product alerts for known issues that contain detailed issue descriptions, resolutions, and workarounds

  • Act as advocate for the client as you liaison with the product delivery team, technical product manager and developers

  • Report product defects to development, track their life cycle and test product fixes

  • Collaborate with QA team and assist with testing efforts to ensure product quality

  • Lead and mentor other Systems Analysts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis or IT Development

  • 3 years of Relational Database experience to include understanding of database scripting and troubleshooting in Oracle and / or SQL Server

  • Production Software Support experience

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UnitedHealth Group work experience

  • Experience working with the CES (Claims Edit System) software

  • Experience working with any of the following adjudication platforms: QNXT, Facets, Epic Tapestry, Amisys, HealthRules

  • Software support in a healthcare environment

  • Software implementation experience

  • Experience working with test plans and test cases

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at once

This includes USA Patriot Act screening that must be done prior to accounts being opened. Demographic updates to the HSA that may include ordering new debit cards. Supporting the request for statement, check and tax documents as well as various forms. Primary Responsibilities: * Process pending enrollments to vet the consumer's information before account can be opened per the USA Patriot Act guidelines * Process demographic updates to the consumer accounts * Process tax and statement reprints requests * Process additional debit card requests * Research and resolve moderate to complex customer issues * Process requests regarding Death of Account Holder/Divorce * Research and resolve duplicate accounts * Seek out process improvements and write procedures * Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-pace environment while dealing with sensitive information You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
