You will define business needs, requirements, processes, and workflows, provide appropriate solution recommendations, and assess solution quality and readiness for implementation, ensuring value is added to the end-user. We Require
Five years of business systems analysis experience, which includes serving as a liaison between the community and an IT organization
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in OnBase document management solutions
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Experience with BABOK Guide, Project Management Institute PMBOK Guide, Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Iterative Software Development methodologies
Certifications related to project management, Business Analysis Professional, Competency in Business Analysis, Capability in Business Analysis, Agile Analysis, ITIL, Software Quality, and SoftwareTesting, OnBase System Admin and OnBase Workflow
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, TEAMS, Project, Azure DevOps (TFS), Test Architect (test automation), Jira, OnBase document management solutions
Azure DevOps Agile and CMMI project structure
Job Contributions
Collaborate with business partners to assess potential technology solutions with business strategies
Facilitate planning sessions providing business and IT input, ensuring clear and concise outcomes are defined and aligned to business needs
Conduct data-gathering sessions to develop requirements, process flows, diagrams, use cases, and other deliverables that align with business improvement opportunities
Recommend options, risks, and cost vs. benefits, provide recommendations for business process redesign, and draft feasibility studies and proposals
Define and complete test planning, test case development and execution
Coordinate business stakeholders in defining and completing User Acceptance testing, including bug management and readiness assessment recommendations
Meet regularly with the team, provide advice and feedback, ensure information flow across teams, and recognize and reward performance
Identify and remove obstacles to change, promote the usage of IIBA Framework and techniques, and ensure staff has the necessary resources and skills
Develop and manage project content, reviews, and approvals within Azure DevOps per defined framework
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a home or work office. Hybrid teleworking is available.
