This position will used to capture Requirements for G-DAP application.

He/She will be responsible for capturing BR/FRs, coordinating calls with key stakeholders, conducting architectural work sessions, produce SOW Project Planning for BA work, Self-motivated, Time Commitments, Deliver tasks on time.

VIEW JOBS 11/10/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-08T00:00 Come Build Your Career Under OUR Roof Job Description: The Sr. Payroll Systems Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of payroll systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities, and reports. Will work with human resources, Accounting, vendors, and/or internal information systems staff to design new or modify existing payroll information systems to meet changing requirements. Major areas of Responsibility * Design strategic solutions to allow the system to better integrate the needs of Payroll, Accounting, HR and IT; * Evaluate business requirements, coordinate system integration, and implement enhancements; * Independently test ADP enterprise and eTime, including enhancements and routine updates pertaining to Payroll, HR, Legal, and Benefit areas to ensure integrity and quality of data, while providing and/or assisting in training to system users; * Ensure system configuration adheres to leading best practices, business operations requirements, and organizational values; * Support and assist in resolving end user questions in a timely and professional manner; * Analyzes system capabilities, data integrity and business processes as part of daily activities and makes recommendations for improvements in order to support a highly functioning Payroll/Accounting/HR system; * Researches, diagnosis, and resolution of all reported issues occurring with data, setup, processes, and interfaces and provides recommendations to management on improvements to mitigate problems * Serve as the liaison between the various facilities and outside vendors; * Understand all PR/HR interfaces and must be able to troubleshoot system problems so that the system(s) continue to operate efficiently; * Designs system component to meet organizational goals using judgment and experience to better improve technical and user experience; * Other duties and special projects, as required. Qualifications * BS/BA in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, or related field; * Minimum 5+ years of HCM, TLM or relevant experience required; * 5+ years of experience in Payroll or Human Resources; * In-depth understanding and hands on experience with HCM, Payroll and Time and Labor software, etc.; * Demonstrated experience building reports, preferably with ADP Reporting; * Experience with ADP Enterprise, ADP eTime/Kronos and Workday preferred; * Demonstrated experience in problem solving and system troubleshooting; * Detailed knowledge on system and data security; * Familiarity with the software development lifecycle using agile and/or waterfall methodology; and * Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
