Become a key member of the IT team that partners with the IT Desktop & Mobility Operations organization to deliver and support end user devices, applications and related infrastructure. Your proven functional and technical experience along with your knowledge of best practices will help us take the End User Computing Productivity and Experience to the next level of technical innovation. You'll also be an integral part of helping to meld the Desktop & Mobility Operations Services with the rest of the IT Portfolio from Application Delivery & Management to Company Acquisitions and more. What You Will Do

Solution Design:

  • You will be involved in the solution design, prototyping, application configuration/integration, and developing the support management plan for moving email into the O365 instance.

  • You will play a key role as member of this team in helping to analyze, present and articulate how solution sets could fit into your customer's business environment, define the benefits and costs and risks and take those solution sets from cradle to full support.

  • You will partner closely with the management team and customer groups to develop a quality baseline project plan and take ownership of and initiate execution of project tasks

Systems Management:

  • You will assist in the management and monitoring of our SCCM client management system to ensure all workstations under our domain of control and management are in compliance

  • You will assist in the management and development of our Active Directory infrastructure to continue to control and automate software & hardware delivery, access, requests, licensing, license retrieval, billing, and more.

  • You will assist in gathering requirements and developing Active Directory Group Policies to maintain and manage the workstation and software configuration items under our control

  • You will assist in gathering requirements and developing solutions in O365, Active Directory, Azure and AWS to maintain and support applications and services under our control

Service Management

  • Problem Management - Diagnose and identify common incident trends, classify and manage problems to resolution by working with internal and external teams and vendors

  • Incident Management Monitor incidents for resolution accuracy, quality and compliance to service levels. Seek opportunities to streamline incident management thru creation of incident templates, automated monitoring, workflow automation, etc.

  • Request Management Monitor requests for resolution accuracy, quality. Establish and document service levels for requests and work with the Service Management team to build those requests.

  • Knowledge Management Ensure that departmental services, policies and procedures are well documented and maintained in the Knowledge Management Database. Ensure that the Desktop Operations Knowledge Base and Service Desk Knowledge Base is accurately used and maintained by developing lifecycle procedures around knowledge management and policies and procedure for maintaining the knowledge documents

  • Provide dynamic solutions to help us improve and grow in the marketplace

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

  • MBA plus 2 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or 7 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering or Business Administration plus 3 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation

  • Project management experience

  • Experience working with stakeholders to develop scope and phases to meet intended deadlines

  • Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level

  • Excellent communication and business writing skills

What Will Set You Apart

  • Excellent communication and business writing skills

  • Experience communicating complex topics to support project and organizational change objectives.

  • Experience setting realistic customer expectations for complex and large project delivery (scope, scheduled, budget) and outcome.

  • 5+ Years of Service Management Experience

  • ServiceNOW experience preferred

  • Strong Powershell Scripting preferred

  • Strong Javascripting preferred

  • Experience creating and modifying Group Policies for PC's and Users

  • Experience with Printer Solutions and Cloud Solutions

  • Experience Administering O365 Rights and Licenses

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and command a room of your peers

  • MBA Preferred

  • Experience Deploying O365 or other Subscription Services from Cradle to Production

Your Talent & Gallo | A Perfect Pairing As an Analyst 1 – CPI Business Applications, you will provide support on C&PI Systems, which includes all systems supporting internal C&PI departments, such as Astute and SIMS, Institutional systems used across Gallo that are administered by C&PI, such as Content Server, and Institutional systems used by C&PI that require departmental administration, such as SharePoint and Workfront. Ensures system availability and operational efficiency of system administration processes. You will configure the systems and provides training as necessary to deliver excellent user experience.
