Key Responsibilities: * Developing strong business relationships with key internal stakeholders in WWBD and our Support partners (CE&S, CSU) to clearly understand their business goals, challenges, and priorities. Providing input to strategic thinking and planning for new initiatives and related business models/systems. * Devising and driving strategic projects, most notably the scale and lifecycle management for Support's commercial concessions (legal, financial, delivery, sales), as well as the future state evolution of Support's commercial contracting model. * Delivering value through structured program principles; the iron triangle of scope/schedule/budget, risk management and reporting. * Persona and stakeholder mapping. Important given the course of evolution underway between Support and WW Business Desk. * WW Business Desk representative in organizational policy, process, governance and systems design discussions. * Identifying, prioritizing and driving commercial process optimization and standardization for scale * Change management lead and SME for initiatives impacting both WW Business Desk and Support, where applicable. * Engaging with internal SCM and WW Business Desk stakeholders to prioritize and source projects/initiatives as well as capacity as needed.
