In 2019, the Walt Disney Company will launch Disney+, a Disney-branded streaming service featuring an incomparable collection of content from its brands and franchises recognized and respected all over the world. The Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) service will serve as the exclusive home for viewing original movies, series, short-form, and more, along with a vibrant catalogue that spans classic Disney Animation to the most recent movie releases. We are seeking an experienced, collaborative and enthusiastic manager for the position of Senior Business Operations Manager. Working with the Disney Streaming Services team in New York and Burbank and reporting to the VP of Partnerships and Promotions, this individual will be responsible for partnering with teams from each of the business segments within The Walt Disney Company to deliver on high impact marketing initiatives. The Senior Business Operations Manager will seek innovative ways to drive product awareness and amplify acquisition strategies for the upcoming Disney+ service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and executing creative, end-to-end marketing programs leveraging Disney's valuable touchpoints. The successful candidate will also be a highly motivated self-starter who can effectively collaborate and communicate at all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years in an executive and management-facing role, preferably in Entertainment, Television or Theatrical with previous marketing work experience

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships to create high impact acquisition opportunities across all Disney-owned consumer touchpoints.
