The Senior Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:
Support the development of LifeSync tools and models, including the development, support and maintenance of models and data-driven advice capabilities.
Support the strategy, development and delivery of client facing planning tools.
Support ongoing collaboration and integration with enterprise AI and insights teams, platforms and models.
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Experience with data analytics, data systems, data models or associated technology infrastructure
Experience with or knowledge of financial planning methods, tools, and applications
Experience with or knowledge of financial markets, and financial products, their uses and characteristics
Success in managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams within a large organization
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding problem solving skills
Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Experience understanding, capturing, and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
