Summary:

In this role, you will focus on identifying and implementing strategic initiatives that optimize business processes, enhance operational capabilities, and support the company's growth objectives. You will drive efficiency, productivity, and performance across the organization through strong business analysis, process improvement, and project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing business operations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure timely completion within budget.

• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of optimization initiatives. Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress and outcomes.

• Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful implementation of process improvements. Provide training and support to employees to foster adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Identify and evaluate technology solutions that can enhance business operations. Oversee the implementation of new systems and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging innovative thinking. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive future optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in business process improvement, project management, or a similar role required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$88,900.00 - $132,250.00
