Dallas TX Onsite Duration: 12 months Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in technical writing and experience with Microsoft tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting technical specifications, and creating clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis and technical writing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Technical Writer). Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles. Knowledge of content management systems and documentation tools.
