• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication or IT and 4 years of product, process or project management experience or 8 years of product, process or project management experience within an organization that has a proven track record of successfully managing projects utilizing a rigorous project management methodology.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Insurance industry experience.

• Project management skills.

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Experience with MS Project.

• Works independently.

• PC computer skills (Word, Excel)
