As a Senior Business Analyst in our Issuer Solutions Client Delivery Excellence team, you will play an integral role in supporting strategic business objectives to ultimately improve our client delivery and servicing operations while driving client satisfaction and financial results.
With the team's focus on Reporting & Analytics, Program Management and Process Optimization, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about and provide support across all focus areas as well as collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the organization.

As a Sr Business Analyst, you can look forward to:
Enabling Client Delivery Excellence:
Setting up an optimal structure and driving data integrity in our system of record, Smart Sheets, to help implementation teams be more effective in their client delivery efforts and support transparency around client delivery KPIs.
Championing the new Concept Intake process for client-driven project requests, including facilitating bi-weekly Concept Review sessions, owning leadership and client-facing reporting, and continuously improving the end-to-end process, capabilities, and user experience.
Developing a deep understanding of processes and data flows across Issuer Solutions client delivery and servicing, leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies of project methodologies, deliverables, reporting and training to mature capabilities in service and delivery.
Supporting continuous improvement efforts managed by the team
Support client engagement initiatives, work with Development and Account Management groups to handle client expectations and resolve technical issues impacting clients.
Building strong stakeholder and client relationships and find opportunities to better support their business objectives.
Supporting programs managed by the team, including understanding business requirements and desired business outcomes, developing actionable plans and implementing solutions.
Bachelor's Degree required
Working knowledge of Smart Sheets required, experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SQL preferred.
Proactive self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature, high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve problems
Must have strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office Tools, including advanced Excel, Visio, Project.
