We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a dynamic team for a two-year hybrid contract.

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in bridging the gap between finance and technology, playing a critical role in business requirement documentation (BRD/FRD), user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

Engage effectively with various stakeholders, including tech teams, to ensure clear and efficient communication across different departments. Demonstrate a deep understanding of balance sheets, general ledgers, and reconciliation processes. Apply knowledge of finance, specifically in areas of balance sheet management and month-end close substantiation processes.

Understand and analyze the natures of different businesses and how reconciliation or accounting structures vary depending on the product or service. Balance execution with strategic contribution, recognizing the importance of both in the role. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the finance sector. Strong knowledge of balance sheets, general ledgers, and reconciliation processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different stakeholders.

Experience in working with technical teams and understanding of technical aspects of business solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Posted: Monday, December 11, 2023 Job 1036
