Follows up with the various country finance and operational leadership teams to ensure all relevant metrics are being reported in a timely fashion, assess accuracy of the reported data, consolidate the metrics globally, perform trend analysis and review / provide qualitative analysis and provide meaningful performance insight into the results and support the reporting aspects of the metrics to the executive and leadership team. Maps metrics against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.
Creates and facilitates reporting and analysis to evaluate operational initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. Develops and maintains standard reporting measures, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions. Provides FP&A support to the Global Technology leadership team and the Global Clients sales team, actively engaged in the development of sales quotas, reporting on actuals, reviewing sales pipeline and providing variance analysis along with the development of pricing models etc.
The ideal candidate will have previous finance responsibilities, including budgeting, accounting activities, and reporting. A successful candidate must possess excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, effective time management skills and be able to work with and support senior operating leaders.Regular ResponsibilitiesProvides weekly, monthly and annual reports. Provides special reports and analyses to support the business as necessary
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information and recommends changes to management.Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.Provides analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making.Provides analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.Other ad-hoc analysis, duties and responsibilities as assigned.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance2-5 years of experience
Must have sound analytical skills, ability to organize and consolidate complex information and large data sets
Must have strong communication skills (oral and written), comfortable presenting and communicating new ideas to various levels of the organization
Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines throughout themonth.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical, along with proficiency in the rest of the MS Officesuite.Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize and manage projects to deadlines
Additional system experience that will be beneficial: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce (CRM), SAP, Oracle HFM/EPMPower BI and or other data visualization tool experience a plus
