Sr. Business Analyst, ERP Systems

We are working on a Sr. Business Analyst, ERP Systems position for our Columbus client.

The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities Perform business systems and process analysis of existing systems/processes. Conduct interviews and requirements gathering workshops. Ensure sign-off of all artifacts Develop detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definitions, cost assessments (expense/capital), benefits, and risk analyses Manage and escalate risks in regards to application design needed to meet business requirements Ensure changes are properly tested, communicated, scheduled, and released to minimize any impact to the business Develop and maintain documentation related to modifications to business applications Qualifications 6 years of experience with ERP systems Experience in streamlining business processes and workflows across multiple departments Knowledge of BI reporting tools Experience with implementing large-scale organizational, process, and system improvements Proven leadership abilities to delegate tasks across a distributed team
