AIG Claims, Inc.
Proactively identifies process improvements and automation opportunities to achieve greater operating efficiency developing and implementing solutions for key business challenges across the organization.
Partners with technical claims to implement best practices and standards
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement / optimization within current business processes and presents recommendations to leadership, focused on pipeline generation and prioritization.
Manages assigned projects and programs from start to finish
Takes business pain points / requirements and identifies off the shelf solutions for fit gap assessments.
Prepares regular communications and status to Leads including Global / Executive Management.
Organizes and leads meetings / calls with all employee levels in the Claims organization.
Effectively raises solutions with for identified issues / risks or problems and escalates issues.
Develops and executes plans for piloting new software, apps, tools, ways of working, process improvements, etc with approach, CBA, and timelines.
Identifies "future" technologies / tools in the industry. Collaborates closely with Technical Claims and IT Teams to complete industry and competitor research to identify standard marketplace tools & practices to consider for review.
Experience / Requirements
5+ years of experience in Operations and/or Change Management, 4 Year Degree or comparable experience
Demonstrated capability to influence consensus, manage change, and successfully position Technology as an enabler
Strong organizational and intrapersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel and PPT
Prior experience in Insurance, Claims or Underwriting a plus
SDLC / Agile, Lean Six Sigma or PMP experience preferred
