The Sr. Business Analyst works as a consultant to the business, applying a strategic approach and focus towards information systems, innovation and business processes, key drivers/metrics of success for the business; Meets with decision makers and end users to achieve the strategic vision, identify gaps, analyzes complex problems, proposes innovative solutions and provides thought leadership on an advisory basis to the business as it pertains to ACE business processes, improvements, industry trends and best practices.

The Sr. Business analyst also works with the business architect to identify and plan, in collaboration with the business, efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core business functions and business processes to align with business goals; Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow; Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems; This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements; Responsible for developing process flows, generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.

This individual will establish collaborative relationships, and apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments; Provides leadership in the evaluation of vendor package software as a potential solution to meet business needs; Conducts research and provides recommendations as a result of package evaluation; Work is creative and not routine; Receives only very general supervision; discusses or seeks approval on the most complex matters; Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience; Typically 5-10 years of IT experience (or equivalent experience working as a business team members on IT projects); The ability to discuss business strategy, knowledge and experience marketing, e-commerce, and/or HR preferred.

High-level understanding of organization's business systems and processes, as well as industry-wide requirements; Proven self-starter with demonstrable interpersonal skills; Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate solutions to business partners; Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment; Possess knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements; Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products; Ability to think big picture and deep dive into details; Collaborative mindset and inherent desire to partner with the business to identify product and/or service opportunities; Extensive knowledge and understanding of the organization's goals and objectives; Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent listening and interpersonal skills; Logical and efficient; Creative and innovative; Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required; Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language; Highly self-motivated and directed; Instills enthusiasm and provides vision and example; Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. * Work directly with sales leaders and operations team to publish weekly fiscal forecasting for month, quarter, half and full year sales including gross sales, net sales and gross profit forecast * Work with sales leaders to develop fiscal, seasonal and divisional sales plans and build seasonal territory goals by division to support sales plans * Perform statistical analysis of sales data to create historical records and identify forward trends in indent orders, product mix, sell-through, sales growth, profitability and other relevant metrics that Sales Management needs to evaluate prior to important product meetings, production buy meetings, sales planning and seasonal goal setting * Implement a system for tracking, reporting, and dash boarding useful sales metrics to support the sales management teams * Develop and implement strategies to create efficiencies and cost savings that lead to increased profitability and optimize our investment in resources across the internal Sales Department and independent sales representative territories * Create, improve and automate key sales reports, style bookings reports, account bottom up builds and other Sales Department reports * Liaison between Sales Department and other internal department needs * Trouble shoot and remedy any issues that negatively impact sales or monthly forecast with the Sales Operations, Allocations, EDI, Chargebacks, Shipping and Production departments * Order file / WIP maintenance in cooperation with Sales Operations, Production and Logistics Departments to insure we meet or exceeded monthly shipping goals * Work with demand planner to improve efficiency of production buys, never out of stock (NOOS) and seasonal opportunity (At Once) style planning * Seasonal coordination and distribution of sales assets including samples, catalogues, go to market plans, etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION: * 5+ years of Sales Management in Apparel industry with International experience * Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
