As a member of the team, you will be managing all business facets of integrated commercial production across IWA's client roster, including production and talent contracting, licensing and clearances, budget administration, scoping legal issues, interpreting the SAG Commercials Contract as it relates to specific productions. Additionally, our Senior Business Managers work closely with IWA account teams to scope and screen work for potential legal or licensing issues.


  • Handle talent contracting and estimating for commercial productions, including preparation of SAG contracts and non-union talent agreements
  • Negotiate celebrity/overscale talent agreements
  • Review creative for any clearances or licensing as necessary
  • Handle all third-party clearances and licensing, including stock footage, movie/TV rights, music, props, etc.
  • Work closely with IWA legal in resolving potential production liabilities and working through solutions
  • Prepare production estimate with breakdowns and pertinent info from assigned producer
  • Issue purchase orders, facilitate invoice approvals, payment and job actualization
  • Create production start-up documents, including production agreements, insurance coverage, and talent mandatories. Negotiate production agreements when necessary
  • Work closely with account teams to resolve any liability issues within assigned production, creating viable solutions/production frameworks
  • Mentor, train, guide teammates at Associate and Manager levels



  • 5+ years related experience in advertising or commercial production
  • Knowledge of advertising agency video production and Business Affairs
  • Strong knowledge of copyright, trademark, and licensing in the area of entertainment or advertising law with particular emphasis on digital content/technology initiatives
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
  • Self-motivation in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

The team centralizes marketing data by managing a data warehouse; developing and implementing technical requirements for web analytics tools; managing tagging; conducting A/B and multivariate testing; producing reports and dashboards; developing models; and managing attribution. The Data Science team also works closely with other agencies and third-party vendors to extend its capabilities and produce more holistic views of the client’s marketing efforts. <br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for a candidate that has a strong balance of communications, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.</p><p>This role will be an effective individual contributor with the main responsibility of translating the measurable actions of consumers into marketing insights through descriptive and predictive reporting.</p><p>The team member will be able to incorporate our client’s objectives into marketing strategies and assess the efficacy of her/his recommendations using analytical best practices.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Assess Measurement Strategy, Media and Digital Marketing Implementations</li> <li>Design A/B tests through Adobe Target to optimize user experience and site performance to drive KPIs.</li> <li>Manage the standardization of media and content tagging across all digital platforms</li> <li>Conduct data mining, deliver regional reporting needs, and develop dashboard/visualization solutions which power the business</li> <li>Develop and maintains Tableau dashboards as required</li> <li>Provide ad hoc analyses for both internal and external clients</li> <li>Translate data into insights which allow clients and teams to understand consumer needs and behavioral drivers.</li> <li>Work closely with the internal and external teams to provide relevant, actionable insights. Together, take ownership of these insights to help provide creative solutions and thinking.</li> <li>Partner with internal teams, such as Brand Management, Media, Strategy, Creatives, User Experience (UX), and the Technologists to offer possibilities to guide plans, develop effective media and inform creative teams to create successful marketing content.</li> <li>Champion the cause of effective marketing through data and insights with your contagious enthusiasm.
