The Sr. Brand Manager, role within the Michelob ULTRA brand team will ensure that the consumer stands in the center of all our marketing and Innovation initiatives-and continuing our disruption of the beer market. .

You will develop and leadour 3 year/1 year planning cycle for Innovation, development of our evolved brand architecture, and help build the strength of our existing ULTRA portfolio of products . You will be responsible for driving the learning agenda, overall market analysis, route to market opportunities, consumer segmentation, and interpretation of results to deliver fact-informed recommendations to our partners in the field. Your ability to synthesis & story tell effectively and influence senior leadershop's decision-making to drive significant change within the marketing & sales teams.

Key responsibilities & activities

  • Develop 3YP/1YP recommendations for the brand including pipeline development, SKU optimization, pricing strategy, and route to market

  • Lead capability development and training to empower our cross-functional partners with a consumer-first mindset

  • Integrate consumer insights within our annual plans and performance reviews to help uncover of business gaps and opportunities

  • Support the sharing of national consumer learning and marketing plans to the cross functional partners in order to optimize execution

  • Identify locally relevant trends and insights across competitors, beer category and beyond

  • Build a system or communication shareout for regular communication and collaboration across stakeholders from field and national teams

  • Delivering the right data with a clear story, to support business decisions

  • Day to day management of external research agencies from briefing to result delivery

  • Strategy, Insights, Marketing and/or Sales experience

  • 4-7 years (at a mid to large CPG or consumer research/strategy agency desired) and/or advanced degree in a relevant concentration area (marketing, business, consumer).
  • Curious, Analytical, Creative, Strategic - able to translate consumer behavior and attitudes into impactful, actionable insights to elevate and strengthen strategy & planning

  • Agile and Fast Learner - able to synthesize data across different qual & quant sources (syndicated, panel, primary, etc.) into easily digestible influential takeaways to tell a story & inform and guide strategy

  • Team Player in a dynamic and fast moving environment - able to drive impact and influence across key stakeholder groups (Regional Leadership, Brand, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Wholesalers, Retailers, etc.)

  • Owner Mentality - able to drive consumer agenda and execute at a high capacity in a highly dynamic function, no task is too little or too big

  • Local business understanding - experience working within a regional or field office for a national CPG preferred

About the role Handy's Product team is responsible for developing and shipping product experiences that deliver on Handy's vision and business objectives, and create value for our users. Some of the product challenges we work on include: * How to improve booking flow conversion across various channels and devices in order to accelerate new user acquisition? * How best to personalize the customer experience in order to increase customer retention and lifetime value? * How to automate resolution of customer support inquiries, while maintaining high satisfaction? * How to better utilize professional schedules to maximize bookings and earnings? * How to empower and enable pros to deliver an amazing in-home service experience? * How to integrate with retail partners to bring 1-click assembly to life? As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of Handy's Product team, responsible for developing and executing against a product vision and roadmap that advances Handy's mission "to seamlessly deliver every service to every home."
