This position is based at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Southwest, Washington, D.C.
Background:
STI provides program support services to the National Aviation Intelligence Integration Office (NAI2O) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, National Intelligence Manager for Aviation (ODNI/NIM Aviation) in support of achieving its mission requirements for aviation intelligence integration and fulfilling the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) responsibilities as directed in NSPD-47/HSPD-16, the framework established by the National Strategy for Aviation Security (NSAS) its supporting plans, the Unified Intelligence Strategy for Aviation (UIS-Aviation).
This support spans five lines of operations -
Global Aviation Community of Interest Development
Global Aviation Community of Interest Management
Intelligence Integration and Information Sharing
Aviation Collection and Analytic
Prioritization and Science and Technology Discovery and Development
Requiring direct interaction with the Intelligence Community as well as federal interagency, state, regional, local, tribal, territorial and private sector and academia.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
An active Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Master's degree in a field related to intelligence or aviation
A master's degree may be replaced with a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of combined experience in intelligence and aviation.
At least 10 years of combined experience
A comprehensive understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and the Global Aviation Domain
Experience planning and executing tabletop exercises and large subject focused working groups and conferences
Experience working with large diverse communities of interest
Experience with Intelligence Analysis and collection management
Experience with Knowledge Management
Experience with data centric activities and working with Data Scientists
