Sr. Attorney, Client Compute Group Sales LegalJob Description
The Intel Business Unit responsible for the development and sale of CPUs for PCs and other consumer devices (known as "CCG") needs a senior lawyer to support its sales-arm (known as "SMG"). CCG is responsible for Intel's largest international customers, as well as customers at all parts of the distribution chain: OEMs, distributors and retailers, small and medium business customers, and large enterprise customers. In this position, you will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the major CCG customers. You also will assist with litigation and compliance issues related to sales and marketing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
Licensing technology in and out
Collaborations with third-parties on joint R&D
Developing and implementing sales incentives and pricing offers made to customers
Drafting and negotiating sales agreements, including pricing, marketing, engineering support, and commercial terms
Developing and supporting policies for antitrust best practices

You must possess a JD degree and a state bar membership
At least seven years of relevant legal experience with a strong understanding of antitrust, sales agreements, commercial and marketing law.
