Sr. Associate, Paid Media Manager

Key organizational responsibilities include:
Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge paid media campaigns from conception to launch including campaign tracking/tagging verification, and QA
Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
Collaborate with analytics stakeholders in order to provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
Manage day to day hands on keyboard management of Google Adwords and Meta Business Manager paid media platforms
Design and implement strategic test and learn agenda to drive campaign optimization ensuring effectiveness against performance goals
Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media and driving towards optimal efficiency
Overseeing aggregator partnership relationship and influencing partners on potential media improvement opportunities
Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Lead the continuous enhancement of all Santander Bank NA paid media and aggregator relationships properties
Lead the continuous enhancement of all Santander Bank NA consumer facing paid media properties
Analyzes marketplace trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth, defines targeted customer segments and associated messaging, optimization of media and mix for optimal performance and conversion
Establishes, implements and ensures that bank is armed with relevant media venues, tools, aggregator partnerships, etc to support in achieving our growth targets. Ensures alignment to our branding standards throughout product lines, promotional materials and events
Work with cross-functional partners in Marketing, data and IT to define an acquisition strategy that reflects evolving consumer behavior and leverages data, business analytics, and digital technologies including social media and mobile platforms
Maintains current knowledge of marketing techniques of competitors.
Manages the implementation of customer acquisition campaigns and brand campaigns via all media channels (Broadcast, Digital, Social, print, OOH, etc.)

For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $94,021-$150,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
