Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Analytics is a global remote function and is as part of the WHQ Digital Marketing Center of Excellence is responsible for analyzing and visualizing digital marketing data for a variety of audiences to enable actionable insights. "Connect the dots" between digital marketing campaign data and actual sales performance.

On a typical day you will:

  • Act as main POC for PowerBI tool; including weekly meetings with development team to monitor additional enhancements, file uploads, integrations, bugs, etc

  • Develop/Automate product campaign reporting

  • Develop/Automate lead & opportunity reporting (weekly, monthly, etc) for senior management, operating units, DM team

  • Maintain accuracy of reporting thru any manual connections necessary (example: vlookup disassociated records, etc)

  • Support MarTech team in pulling email lists from Dynamics CRM; utilize required templates & scrub lists as necessary

  • Support DM team in campaign mapping

  • Develop/Automate QA process for data cleanliness, accuracy, breakage, etc.

  • Report out campaign metrics against ROI (wins #/$), PowerBI tool usage, list accuracy and customer engagement

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in digital marketing, reporting and analytics or research

  • Deep understanding of data analytics and how to best visualize digital marketing results for multiple internal stakeholders in a clean, organized and sufficient way

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBi

  • Knowledge and experience in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics) and Marketing Automation Platform (Hubspot) a plus

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and in a global team environment

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
