Our Senior Associates (full-time) support the leadership team through operational execution and delivery of a rewarding customer experience. Responsibilities:

Profit Maximization:

  • Complete forklift certification and operate as needed

Position-Specific Duties Logistics

  • All Senior Associate responsibilities are shared. However, a Senior Associate will typically be scheduled more than 50% of their time in their specific area of responsibility as well as other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year experience in retail or Customer Service

Education:

  • High School graduate/Equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone

  • Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds

  • Requires standing and moving for an entire shift

  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist

  • Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder

  • Ability to become forklift certified and physically able to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP

Availability:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, overnights and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the retail business. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

The candidate should have proven experience developing successful Business Intelligence solutions using the Cognos and Microsoft BI stacks. The Business Intelligence team works closely with both business and IT users to develop solutions to deliver the right information at the right time to business decision-makers. * Collaborate with business partners and the broader analytics organization (Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture) to create value-driven data insights aligned with Hill-rom strategic priorities * Design, build, test and maintain stable and scalable semantic layers, dashboards, reports, and complex metrics to meet business needs by transforming data into meaningful information * Educate and mentor both team members and business partners on Business Intelligence concepts and best practices * Provide technical expertise and guidance to other developers ensuring consistent and best practice use of the reporting guidelines and tool sets * Ensure data integrity within dashboards and reports, and develop procedures for increasing the quality and accuracy of information from multiple data sources * Communicate (verbal and written) regularly with team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements and champion business analytics * Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for assigned areas of responsibility * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related course study required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred * 5 years of IT experience with expertise in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and administration of various business intelligence systems and applications * Extensive experience implementing Data Warehouse and business intelligence applications using Cognos and/or Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks * Expertise in Cognos Framework Manager Model design and/or Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services * Strong working experience in Relational, Dimensional and DMR model designing * Strong customer focus and ability to handle difficult stakeholder and project conversations, interacting with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines * Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements * Excellent understanding of data warehouse environments and best practices * Working knowledge of data integration tools and practices * Working knowledge of Oracle/SQL Hill-Rom North Charleston SC
