Cognizant is looking for a "Sr. Associate-Dot Net" for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Education Details: BS or Equivalent
Must Have Skills: Angular, .Net, C#, VB6, Oracle, SQL, Java Script, IIB, MQ, Message Broker, Zena and Zeke Schedulers, GIT, TFS, Informatica, SSIS. SSRS
Job Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps and relational database technologies (building APIs to integrate with Oracle DB would be preferred)
Strong knowledge of enhancement activities including exposure to all phases of SDLC starting from analysis to deployment and post deployment process.
Good knowledge of Safe agile framework for development.
Strong knowledge of production support activities and critical issue handling and driving critical issue resolution calls.
Experience in handling complex Application/Technical issues debugging, providing Workarounds, Permanent resolutions.
Coordination with Incident management teams/users for production issue resolution.
Experience in work Estimation, prioritization of work, Capacity planning and delivery of tasks.
Good knowledge on the Source version control tools, debugging tools, scheduler.
Knowledge on Performance monitoring tools.
Should have strong analytical skills
Good client communication and coordinate with IT and Business Stakeholders
Good Onsite-Offshore Coordination, independent player and lead
Readiness to work in 2nd shift (1:30 pm
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $43,900K- $97,100K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
