KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Diversity Talent Acquisition to join our Experience Hire Recruiting organization.


  • Identify and manage our participation at national and regional conferences

  • Manage diversity partnerships that are established to increase our pipeline of qualified diverse candidates and applicants; may also include partnerships/relationships that are designed to address compliance concerns on a local level

  • Develop and maintain relationships with our Diversity Network (ERG) chapter leaders and other key stakeholders

  • Review and monitor recruiters' diversity outreach efforts

  • Develop and update diversity outreach guidance documentation and develop communications for recruiter awareness

  • Produce diversity reports, presentations, and executive summaries quarterly (or as needed)


  • Minimum of three years prior work experience in diversity recruiting, Inclusion & Diversity, or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills with strong knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment

  • Previous experience using recruiting applicant tracking system for applicant tracking and reporting

  • Willingness to travel about twenty percent of the time

Description: As a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) on the Corporate team, you will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team focused on full life cycle recruitment for professional and management level talent across multiple lines of business at Aramark. You will work closely with senior leadership and HR partners across the company, advising on talent acquisition strategies and acting as a key account manager. You will provide expert recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, labor supply and demand, and business knowledge. You will play a role in important Talent Acquisition projects, helping to continually move the organization forward. Responsibilities: * Key account management for one (or more) business segments, collaborating with internal clients to anticipate and plan for hiring needs * Advise hiring managers and HR partners on key decisions throughout the staffing process, including candidate assessment, interviewing, offers, and process efficiencies and improvements * Create talent acquisition strategies (internal & external) to achieve the most effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified and diverse talent * Collaborate with talent acquisition colleagues on key project initiatives for the team, leading projects as assigned * Establish, monitor, and report on key recruitment metrics that drive business performance for designated line of business * Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including but not limited to the use of social media, employee referrals, Boolean searches, x-ray, and networking to identify top talent for hard-to-fill roles within the organization * Act as a brand ambassador for Aramark in the marketplace, championing the company's brand to build awareness and attract diverse, high performing talent * Provide mentoring to junior level talent acquisition partners Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience from an agency, search firm or corporate recruiting environment; high volume corporate experience strongly preferred * Experience with IT, Finance and Human Resources verticals strong preferred * Proven ability to build and manage relationships with executive internal stakeholders * Strong sourcing and assessment ability, including a working level knowledge of using social media for recruitment * Proven experience playing a key role in projects, including but not limited to the optimization of technology, process, and recruiting strategy * Strong ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Creative and flexible attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required * Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required, iCIMS experience a plus Aramark is an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY/AFFIRMATIVE ACTION employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran Aramark Corporation Philadelphia PA
