What this role entails- This unique role provides key analytical and business support for our Corporate Solutions Executive Team. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to our digital product strategy and will receive exposure to forward- thinking conversations which will advance our business and the industry. You will engage with a variety of senior leaders who are deemed as industry experts. The leaders you will work with are driven, enthusiastic, and engaging. From leading key analysis on the business, to contributing toward internal initiatives, or involvement with product strategy, this role provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow.   • Serve as a point of contact for product strategy, working closely with the Chief Digital Product Officer to ensure the various work stream owners have well developed strategic plans and execution strategies which align with the overall growth strategy

  • Manage reporting on progress toward annual key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Shape the agenda and content which pairs with the strategic planning efforts to meeting outcomes

  • Provide executive level summaries to capture key decisions and accountabilities

  • Play a key role in new product strategy development and launch, including but not limited to:

  • Basic industry, market, and competitor research to draw insights and recommendations

  • Develop initial due diligence approach and analysis

  • Assess the implications of the competitive landscape as it relates to business development targets

  • Building P&L for product launch

  • Determine revenue potential

  • Determine pricing models

  • Building sales forecasting

  • Manage the go-to-market functions of the product

  • Manage and conduct analysis across a wide array of other key initiatives or operational functions, draw insights and develop recommendations

  • Build executive-level quality presentation materials for all key deliverables

  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives, as needed by the Chief Digital Product Officer or the Americas Corporate Solutions Leadership

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Functional Competencies

  • Solid understanding of strategy and operations principles and ability to communicate key issues to finance and business leadership

  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • Demonstrates experience in performing in-depth industry research and translating that research into analytical, logical, and coherent written communications

  • Demonstrate ability to be a creative problem solver that can identify sources of information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced & actionable analysis

Interpersonal Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy, the ability to build consensus & leadership skills in a collaborative setting

  • High comfort level with executive-level professionals

  • An independent nature with an analytical mindset & multi-tasking skill

  • Executive level with influence and credibility. Excellent analytical, business intelligence and presentations skills able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop/present actionable recommendations.

  • Adept at forging strong relationships within a matrix environment; collaborative work style

  • Understands the criticality and confidential nature of executive level information; uses sound judgment when handling such information

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; MBA preferred

  • 6-8 years of experience

  • 3+ years at a third-party firm

  • Experience working and communicating within C-Suite executives

  • Experience full-cycle new product strategy, research to launch

  • Experience building P&Ls for new product development and launches

  • Background in product development would be ideal, not required
