About the Team

Join the Business Technology, Go-To-Market team, where we closely partner with business stakeholders to help fuel growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving outstanding Customer and employee experiences. We specialize in developing and supporting innovative business and technical led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key individuals to define requirements and ensure they align with the overall business and technology strategies and planned projects.

• Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.

• Evaluate and address dependencies across different teams and systems.

• Understand business requirements, create/refine user stories, and partner with the Development team to deliver solutions and plans.

• Utilize your understanding and proficiency in business to discover chances for enhancing processes and act as a reliable technology consultant for business users.

• Be actively involved in the implementation process and provide support during critical transition periods.

• Maintain a high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations for integration or functionality intersection points.

• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.

• Collaborate with the business operations team to identify, strategize, and implement projects and continuous improvements.

About You

Sr Associate Business Systems Analyst Requirements

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of:

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in the information technology industry or relevant project management experience

• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Certification encouraged) and Lightning web components

• Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation.

• End to end implementation experience including requirements documentation, systems configuration, project management, issue management, communication and change management.

• Background in Agile development and release methodologies, especially for automation of business processes, introduction of new products or monetization strategies

Other Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand and analyze data to determine value of solutions being delivered

• Strong abilities in effective communication and collaboration.

• Understanding of processes related to managing organizational transitions.

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Go to Market (GTM) systems

• Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools

• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users.

• A passion for systems and technology with an ability to identify creative solutions for complex business problems

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $86,800 USD - $130,400 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $68,900 USD - $130,400 USD
