OVERVIEW

The Sr. Art Director role requires a keen eye and brain for strategy, storytelling and craftsmanship in all media spaces. This may include broadcast, video, digital, social, print, emerging channels and a deep working knowledge of digital. You possess a strong interest in innovation and technology, and an enthusiasm for whatever comes next. The ability to tinker and experiment on your own and collaborate with all internal stakeholders is key to success in this position. You must have the ability to articulate ideas clearly and simply to senior creatives, team members and our clients. In addition, as a senior creative, you will guide and teach younger talent within the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Concept and create in partnership with different disciplines.

  • Bring genuine, original creative ideas to the table.

  • Understand the structure of a brand's identityhow the visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic brand experience.

  • Responsible for sound, strategic thinking for integrated campaign work.

  • Recognize a client's needs and translate them into a creative concept.

  • Consult with clients on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.

  • Present effectively, whether for internal or client-facing project reviews.

  • Constant awareness of the industry, including groundbreaking ideas, emerging technologies and business solutions.

  • Obsessed with current trends.

  • Infectious curiosity, at all times.

  • Compile presentation decks for internal and external review.

  • Abide by the Project Level and work within budgets.

  • Execute ideas using a variety of tools and resources.

  • Evaluate and determine photographers, directors and casting.

  • Provide effective direction through all phases of productioninternally and with external partners.

  • Mentor and ideate with junior creative team members.

  • Follow agency and department protocols.

  • Adhere to 22squared policies regarding licensing of images, videos, music and fonts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education from a Design or Graphic Arts school for BA/BS in Advertising, Marketing or Art preferred.

  • A strong, award-winning portfolio preferred.

  • 4+ years of advertising agency experience preferred.

  • Healthcare experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal skills.

  • Excellent concepting skills.

  • Excellent team collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in video, digital, social, print and beyondcampaign integration across all channels.

  • Mastery of composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final pieces.

  • Thorough understanding of photography, typography and video.

  • Excellent working knowledge of color theory, color relationships, perspective and space relationships.

  • Ability to manage challenging situations both internally and with the client.

  • Effective handling of multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment.

  • Comfortable with and receptive to feedback; desire to quickly address feedback.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Accountability and self-motivation.

  • Mac OS experience preferred.

  • Excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages. Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps Photoshop and Illustrator. Skills in Adobe Premiere and InDesign are a plus. Also iWork Keynote is preferred.

The Sr. Medical Director Medical Affairs delivers the value proposition focused on clinical quality, financial affordability and customer service, in support of the sales and growth activities. This role is expected to drive improved client performance and accountability in addition to a strengthened client relationship. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Provide physician leadership and direction for the implementation of clinical strategy in key individual markets * Leverage all GuideWell assets in maximizing customer clinical value proposition * Clinical Lead to provide clinical direction for Health & Wellness Promotions and care partners/vendor management teams * Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery; identify and define new and innovative strategies to achieve business goals and objectives * Partner with sales teams in developing strategy for target client groups * Review existing clinical data/results to 'create the story' that clearly communicates clinical value to the customer * Develop/maintain relationships and interface with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales team, operations, products) to ensure that customer needs and strategies are being met * Develop/maintain intimate relationships with applicable stakeholders within the customer experience * Develop the business case for affordability and quality initiatives, and communicate and champion them with the customer * Identify and leverage cross-segment resources and relationships (e.g., with Clinical Management, Network) to help coordinate and drive consistent approaches that achieve relevant customer solutions * Provide direction for dissemination of best practices/solutions across the enterprise (e.g., clinical, network, member incentive structures, provider strategies, fraud/abuse, contractual issues) * Identify opportunities to collaborate and develop clinical integration opportunities within the Enterprise and the industry to achieve affordable, high quality outcome * Actively engage in identifying business development opportunities * Presents products, programs, philosophies and care value proposition to internal and external stakeholders * Develop relationships with current and potential clients * Conduct/participate in Broker/Client presentations and customer consultations * Identify trends and patterns via analysis of data; recommend resolution and provide perspective in collaboration with Sales, Health Delivery, Marketing, and other internal customers. * Assist with and edit RFP content * Assist with recommendations as to appropriate benefits and wellness programs for clients * Serve as SME for Clinical Client relationships and solutions * Recommend system enhancements to aid in client reporting * Monitor marketplace trends and gather competitive intelligence * Maintain clinical core competency * Participate in project and program development in consort with operational leadership and work professionally in a collaborative team environment * Lead and provide direction for health promotion and wellness initiatives for group and individual customers * Collaborate with and leverage retail center wellness and health promotion opportunities * In partnership with Corporate Development evaluate potential health promotion and wellness business opportunities * Work with care management to ensure appropriate support of client specific care programs * Meet with targeted physicians to share performance data cost, use and quality, and support alternative care delivery models such as PCMH * Lead physician advisory panels * Act as key clinical lead for BCBSA /clinical affairs * Act as key clinical lead for medical professionals association * Act as key clinical lead for governmental affairs Job Requirements: * Current unrestricted Florida medical license as a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine * Board Certification or Eligible by American Board of Medical Specialties or equivalent * 3-5 years' experience in clinical administration (health plan experience preferred) * 3 years' clinical practice experience * Proven understanding of medical analytics and reporting * Superior verbal and written presentation skills Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Florida Tampa FL
