About the role:

The Peripheral Sales Operations Salesforce Systems Analyst will apply his/her thorough understanding of Salesforce.com to collaborate in the creation of new applications of SFDC to further improve sales performance within a fast growing, cutting edge medical device Sales and Marketing organization. This role will act as a Product Owner for a division franchise.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide field sales support of the SFDC system specific to the business unit.

  • Train a national field team on new Salesforce.com features, data quality, and new integrations.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to identify and define a problem; collect and analyze data pertaining to it; evaluate current processes and procedures; prioritize current business needs; and collaborate to create SFDC solutions to meet these needs

  • Understand voice of business/users and understand business processes

  • Conduct primary research in the field to understand business drivers and uncover business opportunities, in order to facilitate the planning and execution of SFDC. Estimated 10% domestic travel

  • Work closely with IT team to construct requirements, design, test, and approve system releases within an agile style release cycle

  • Act as the product owner on a scrum team consisting of technical leads, developers, and scrum master working within a larger division backlog.

  • Create custom reports and support custom data requests

  • Make recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the sales force.

What we're looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: BS/BA Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred

  • 2+ years of business operations improvement experience (areas of IT or sales preferred)

  • 1+ years of Salesforce.com or related Customer Relationship Management software experience preferred (User experience a plus, Admin certification preferred)

  • Agile Experience (Product Owner Role a plus)

  • Strong data analysis skills; able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions (Tableau experience a plus)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges

  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to positively impact business performance

  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution

  • Outstanding communications skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization. Experience in sales training a plus.

  • Reporting: Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint

  • Salesforce Certification(s)

About the role: * Within this role, an incoming engineer will be the Process Development functional lead on a Structural Heart project developing a next generation product. * This position is responsible for working with the cross-functional team and responsible for ensuring all PD deliverables are met. Your responsibilities include: * Mentor and influence cross functional team through product development process * Collaborates with R&D to develop product concepts, influence design specifications and provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package. * Works cross functionally to develop and deliver capable and robust processes and equipment to operations. * Writes work instructions, technical reports, validations, and qualifications by capturing experimental results. * Sets equipment strategy and manages capital budget. * Gathers and provides technical data for technical reviews and decision making. * Assists in completing proper documentation to meet quality systems requirements (e.g., FMEA's, etc.). * Establishes and maintains project schedule related to Process Development deliverables. * Contributes ideas to or generates Intellectual Property submissions. What we're looking for: Minimum Qualifications * 5-8 years of industry experience with BS in Engineering or 2-5 years of industry experience with a MS in Engineering * Candidate must work well in a team environment across functions and sites. * Medical device or other regulated industry experience. * Strong understanding of statistics. * Strong mechanical aptitude. * Position may include some travel, depending on project needs. Not to exceed 20%, unless individual is seeking more travel.
