CLA is rapidly growing and seeking to hire a Sr. Application Developer in the Web/Internet space across all areas of our business.

The Web Developer will be responsible for developing solutions that support business goals, with a focus on Sitecore, EpiServer, and other web based frameworks. Candidates must have an advanced knowledge of Sitecore development, C#.NET, MVC framework, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, WebAPI, and JavaScript.

The role can be based in Minneapolis, MN or Madison, WI. This position is very limited travel, but offers flexibility, multiple career paths, and extensive resources to grow your career quickly!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development Support: Develop solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms, etc.

  • Testing & Documentation: Perform unit testing and assist the BA in defining test plans. Perform design, coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions as well as aid in application maintenance, debugging, and upgrades

  • Maintenance: Ensures that expected analytic levels are achieved. Identifies and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations

  • Projects: Assist in providing cost and time estimates for project tasks and defining project tasks. Complete project work within agreed upon deadlines

  • Client Service: Effectively communicates with a wide range of clients

  • Ability to communicate complex information and strong written and oral communication skills

  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies computer programs of high complexity, and risk. Leads technical staff and clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems

  • Extensive knowledge and development experience with .NET frameworks and Microsoft technologies/ solutions

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards

  • Deep expertise and hands on experience with web applications, frameworks, and programming languages such as Angular 2+, SASS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's

  • Front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, and AngularJS

  • Development within the .Net framework (ASP.Net, C#, WCF Web services, MVC)

  • Experience working with Azure environment, DevOps, SharePoint Online, Office 365

Education Requirements:

5 plus years of application development and support working as a team member on multiple projects or applications. Certification/Licenses not required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
