  • Lead in all MacOS based support across all offices internationally.

  • Establish desktop hardening through security best practices and penetration testing.

  • Conduct product evaluations and participate in the selection process.

  • Developing documentation of system architecture and management within standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Assist existing support staff during the transition.

  • Assist in BigFix Mac Engineering projects.

  • Provide Mac incident escalation expertise for Operations Team.

  • Complete overall patch/release management as well as ensure all packages are deployed efficiently and as transparently as possible. Identify, manage, and monitor for vulnerabilities that may affect compliance requirements and change management procedures.

  • Troubleshoot related issues for users and perform problem resolution in regard to related service requests.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on issues and tasks related to the remote distribution of packages. Provide subject matter expertise for any and all issues that may affect workstations (OS, Application, Network, GPO, etc).

  • Assist with updating Process and Procedure documentation for End User Technology and Service Desk. -

Perform assigned tasks independently and work with IT committees on all tasks mentioned.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:

  • BA and 5 years experience or equivalent experience in lieu of education.

  • Must have a minimum of five+ (5+) years IT knowledge and demonstrated hands-on experience and/or training in Desktop systems engineering and administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Candidate must be able to Interface with executive personnel on a daily basis. Responds and resolves end user issues that require advanced knowledge of Apple or iOS systems. Updates status of queued service requests with the IT service management system.

  • Addigy\JAMF Certified

  • Bash Shell scripting ability
  • Intermediate or above AppleScript ability
  • Experienced securing (hardening) Mac OS
  • Experience with JAMF Casper package creation
  • Experience setting up JAMF self-service and other available server components
  • Experience administrating Apple OSs in an Active Directory environment

  • Experience leading a design & implementation project through engineering lifecycle for improvements to a large user base/enterprise environment.

  • Direct experience supporting user environment

  • Strong written and oral communications required

  • Apple Certification such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)

As a Global Account Manager you are responsible in developing a sustainable, profitable, and expanding business with one of ON Semiconductor's top global accounts headquartered in Seattle Washington. You will drive the regional and world-wide sales and field application engineering teams in customer key locations, and align them with your global account business plan. As an advocate of the customer, you drive the appropriate business units of ON Semiconductor for mid and long-term alignment of product, technology and manufacturing roadmaps. Within the global account, you develop relationships with customer's key personnel, including middle and senior managers world-wide, covering R&D, procurement and product line organizations. You gain understanding of customer's end markets and products, strategy and organization. By ensuring "share of mind" for ON Semiconductor throughout customer organizations, you develop strategies and tactics to achieve increased ON Semiconductor market share. As a Global Account Manager will define and drive all corporate level account strategies, and align the account strategies with the account Executive Sponsor. You will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the account revenue growth goals. You will support the contract negotiation process, as well as day to day activities related to customer RFQs. You will provide quarterly sales forecasts and monitor progress in Booking/Billing/Backlog to take all necessary actions to close potential gaps. Regular reviews with the Global Account are held to ensure ON Semiconductor and the customer remain strategically aligned to execute the account business plan and tactical action plan. You will identify competition behavior in the account base and identify and execute strategic plans to counter Performance Objectives: The successful candidate will establish themselves as a CAT 1 Global Account Manager internally and externally. The successful candidate will establish relationships with customer's key personnel, including middle and senior manager's world-wide, covering R&D and procurement organizations. The successful candidate will also establish relationships internally with ON Semiconductor's Business Units and our Sr. Management team. The successful candidate will collaborate, define and drive all corporate level account strategies, and align their account strategies with the account Executive Sponsor.
