BASIC FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the division; creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs; possibly providing consultation to users and working on cross-functional teams to address the division's issues; producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools; possibly performing research and assisting in analyzing data related to the division's strategic initiatives and broader research needs; interfacing between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools to be leveraged in building analysis and reports which are actionable within the business environment; working closely with customers to build relationships; and continuously gaining a deeper understanding of the division's data in order to meet business needs; analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers; identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree and 2-year experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 4 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data.

  • Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.

  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

  • Solve complex problems with guidance.

  • Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.

  • Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.

  • Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.

  • Work with both internal and external data

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.

  • Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Experience/knowledge of HEDIS reporting

  • Strong SQL development experience 4-6 years preferred

  • Experience/skills in business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau, Crystal reports, Business Objects, etc.

VIEW JOBS 11/10/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-08T00:00 Essential Functions: * Review and/or approve basic and technical documentation with minimal supervisory oversight to include, but not limited to: * Master production records * Equipment, software, and facility qualifications * Standard Operating Procedures * Batch Production Records (completed and approval) * Lead Investigations into confirmed OOS * Commissioning, qualification, and validation protocols and reports * Deviation/CAPA Reports * Technical data review and approval of documents * QC data review and approval * Drug Substance/Product Reports * Trending QA data * KPI reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis * Area/Room Release for production * On-floor QA Support * Draft/review/approve internal Quality procedures and reports. * Assist in and perform inspection of final product containers and review and/or approval of executed process records and data. * Assist in and perform Quality audit functions to include, but not limited to: * Audit of lab notebooks * Audit of equipment logbooks * Review of vendor, supplier, contract laboratory audit questionnaires * Lead vendor, supplier, contract laboratory * Identify process and Quality System improvement opportunities and suggest improvement ideas to Quality Management. * Support Regulatory, client, and internal audits. * Act as QA liaison to internal Departments and external Client Quality Groups and Vendor/Contract Laboratory Quality Groups providing daily guidance for the compliance to national and international standards and regulations. * Promptly notify Senior Management of potential quality or regulatory issues that may affect product quality or regulatory compliance. * Work directly with Manufacturing when necessary * All other duties as assigned by management. Required Skills & Abilities: * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent organizational, analytical, data review and report writing skills. * Ability to set personal performance goals and provide input to departmental objectives. * Ability to multitask and easily prioritize your work. * Ability to work independently with little supervision. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * All candidates must have a working knowledge of cGMP regulations for the production of drug, biologics or vaccine products.
