Role Value Proposition:
The mission of this exciting Analytics & Web Optimization role is to continuously analyze real-time data across our consumer and agent portals to find actionable insights that move our business forward. You will spend your time seeking out new optimization opportunities by leveraging the digital analytics tools available within the portals. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly collaborative and brings a passion for learning, testing and driving data-informed decision making that shapes a holistic view of our business with consideration for all aspects of the customer experience.
Drive and evolve site best practices through competitive bench-marking, customer insights, A/B testing, site personalization, feedback from cross-functional partners and site feature/functionality enhancements
Works with business to identify ways to improve execution and achieve strategy through the use of analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies
Develop and communicate actionable digital insights to enhance the customer experience and improve sales, conversions, and service
Create and execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance
Develop advanced tagging strategies for measuring attribution and capturing multi-channel campaign performance across all digital and offline channels
Serve as the subject matter expert on web analytics and stay on top of industry best practices
Empower our employees to be more data-driven by collaborating with team members on web analytics and conversion rate optimization opportunities
Collaborate with enterprise analytics teams on implementation requirements, dashboard creation, reporting and analysis
Regular interval reporting on site performance
Expert level knowledge of Google and Adobe Analytics with strong understanding of Adobe Tag Manager and the tight integration between the two tools
Deep experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests with a focus on conversion rate and UX improvements
Strong understanding of analytics tagging specs and requirements with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to web development partners
Experience developing and presenting enterprise level digital analytics, web optimization and digital marketing reporting
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or related field is preferred
3-5 years of web analytics, CRO and/or A/B test analysis experience
Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics or similar)
Experience with testing/optimization/personalization platforms (Adobe)
Experience with Adobe Tag Manager System (TMS)
HTML/CSS experience in designing web pages
Large scale site optimization projects exposure is a plus
Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, strong collaboration, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision
