Overview of Role:

As the Global Seller Experience (GSX) Business Process Expert, you will play a key role in driving process and technology innovation for both quick win and long term innovation. Collaborating with business partners (i.e. Marketing), Pipe Generations teams and Sales Leadership, you will align sales processes with broader business goals. Your responsibilities include industry-best practice research, process analysis, process documentation and project execution in both a consult and execute engagements across the Lead Management portfolio. Responsibilities:

Industry Research & Innovations:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor to business partners in the area of Lead Management

  • Identify opportunities on current state processes for improvement, including simplification and pain point analysis

  • Recommend quick-win and transformation themes for the Lead Management domain based on industry research, best-practices and data-driven decisions

  • Measure KPIs and aid in QBR preparations for Lead Management function

  • Review pattern analysis of Seller Personas to guide global standards, methodology and transformation opportunities

  • Partner with Change and Content Management, including Global Enablement, to ensure accuracy of process expertise is aligned for Seller personas

Process Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze process gaps across regions and market segments, advocating for Sales requirements in enterprise-wide projects

  • Create, maintain and author sales process Best Practices (Standards, Process Maps, etc) for Lead Management

  • Execute projects against the North Star Vision for Future State Transformation and gain feedback from various cross functional stakeholders - including Key Decision Documents, Process Flows & Content Repositories

  • Vet recommendations with Sales and other stakeholders for feedback and input to overall Process recommendations

  • Align and review tool recommendations to Process Maps and expectations for Seller Personas within Lead Management

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Consult and execute against Lead Management roadmap for aligned ownership initiatives

  • Handoff and partner with both Business and Technology teams (including TMP) to develop project requirements, solutions, and design reviews for deliverables

  • Provide Next Steps, Risks, Issues and Blockers for key project deliverables to Project Management & Leadership

  • Advocate for Seller personas and Cross Functional Stakeholders when acting as SME on enterprise-wide projects related to aligned expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years for Sr Analyst/6+ years for Mgr of experience in a sales or marketing operations role focused on process optimization and/or strategic business function

  • Content Creation: Proficient in creating comprehensive content related to the Lead Management Domain, including Process Maps & Standard Operating Procedures. Demonstrated success in developing content that led to improvement in process efficiency.

  • Sales Process Expertise: In-depth experience with Sales processes and systems, especially Lead Management, to drive operational excellence. Proven track record of optimizing lead management processes resulting in increased lead conversion rates.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Effective communication and engagement of key stakeholders both internal and external to the organization for continuous visibility and alignment. Experience managing global stakeholders and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: The ability to make informed decisions based on data and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion. Track record of using data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to critically evaluate information, identify patterns, and analyze data to make informed business decisions. Strong analytical skills demonstrated through successful completion of projects such as lead generation process, prospecting optimization or pipe generation tactics.

  • Process Optimization: Expertise in streamlining and optimizing lead management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Led initiatives resulting in a measured reduction in process cycle time.

  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address challenges or bottlenecks in the lead management process and propose effective solutions. Resolved lead capture or lead nurture concerns resulting in improved workflow efficiencies.

  • Seller Focus: Understanding seller needs and behaviors to tailor lead management processes that align with customer expectations and improve the overall customer experience. Implemented customer-centric lead management strategies leading to positive feedback from sellers.

  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $167,400.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
