As part of Global HR Services, the role of Senior Analyst, Workday Operations A&D will be responsible for providing global integration of employee data support for Acquisitions & Divestitures projects. In partnership with global functional stakeholders with regard to the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. They will help drive global consistency and compliance in Workday HCM processes, driving global integration model support. The role will partner with IT, Payroll, and A&D Specialist to ensure testing, and go live activities are completed in a timely basis.
Partner with Global Acquisition team (Global HR, HR Services, Total Rewards, Finance, Project Management and IT Teams, A&D Specialist or Consultants) to identify configuration and data requirements for proper setup in Workday.
Analyze and identify downstream impacts of all Workday configuration and data loads to other systems including AON, JJEDS and Payroll, as well as other localized impacts such as WPDE/Informatica mapping.
Create country-specific acquisition templates based on local and integration requirements. Ensure that templates are continuously updated to be reflective of any recently migrated configuration changes and Workday upgrade enhancements.
Lead the change request process for configuring new locations, pay groups, allowance plans and one-time payment plans in Workday. Carry the project all the way until testing and migration making sure to involve stakeholders from IT, Global and Local Teams.
Support A&D Specialist and Total Rewards with country template and Workday questions. Partner with A&D Specialist and Total Rewards on the timely delivery of completed acquisition templates. Analyze collected data to ensure validation rules are met and discrepancies are addressed.
Prepare, validate and upload EIBs based on final completed templates both in test and production environments.
Support HR Services and Payroll Teams during configuration and data validations. HR liaison during IT Team generation of PICOF files. Ensure that any required adjustments are processed in a timely manner.
Address any known system and data issues/defects through expertise in Workday and knowledge of the local processes.
Create SFDC cases and Iris Work Units/Tickets for all change requests, mass uploads and other ad hoc requirements that need set up in Workday and impacted systems.
Document all HR Services validation signoff in HP ALM.
Maintain data integrity of completed acquisition templates, keeping track of ongoing data changes all the way until go-live.
Attend weekly team PMO and regional and country meetings.
Communicate with Regional and Country Teams to ensure stakeholders' awareness of the change.
Process terminations for divested employees on a global scope. Responsibilities include performing checks to ensure data accuracy, preparing upload template, processing mass data upload in Workday HCM system and performing quality control.
Continuously seek and implement process improvements to effectively carry out the global acquisition and divestiture work across Workday Core countries.
Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences with issue resolution for knowledge database future reference.
Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and team members.
Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role.
Perform special projects and related duties as assigned.
Work in collaboration with other team members to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables, providing input and assistance as needed.

Bachelor's Degree requires, specialization in HR, Finance, IT or related discipline is preferred
Previous experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations is required, combining HR processes and system analysis expertise.
Previous experience with Workday is preferred.
Strong project management skills are required.
Experience as an effective communicator and team player who can make the abstract clear for audiences at all levels within the organization.
Significant analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Knowledge of data governance is preferred.
Attention to detail & accuracy a must.
Proficiency in Excel is required
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English in order to communicate with customers and peers.
A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.

5% domestic or international travel may be required.
Experience in a regional or global shared service center environment is an asset.
Must have an understanding of HR Functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Workforce Data Administration, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations) or Payroll.
