What will I be doing?
As a Senior Analyst, Web Analytics, you would be responsible for driving accurate and insightful analysis of the company's digital experience to drive internal decision-making based upon real world data. The ideal candidate will establish tracking requirements and analytic reporting for stakeholders across the organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
Interpret and report on digital performance as part of a holistic business strategy, inclusive of observations, key insights, and recommendations
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements for the company's digital presence
Interact with development teams to provide implementation requirements for the company's analytics platform(s)
Test and provide quality assurance feedback to the various development teams
Create and manage Key Performance Indicators for website and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Support business units, product managers and other partners through regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), dashboards and ad-hoc analysis producing insights that drive changes in the business
Act as subject matter expert of web reporting capabilities making recommendations regarding process improvements and helping develop performance policies and procedures
Serve as a liaison to vendor partners to ensure success with a variety of projects
Create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models
Establish naming conventions and taxonomies for encoded URL structure and event tagging across multiple channels including email, website, PPC, and DRM.
Stay abreast of web analytics trends and best practices.
Lead efforts to research and evaluate new tools/capabilities in the analytics industry

3+ years of digital web analytics tool use such as Adobe or Google Analytics
Experience defining website analytics tracking requirements
Understanding basic website design and development
Knowledge of search; both SEO and SEM as a critical tactic to drive desired web visitor behavior.
Understanding of data visualization techniques
3-5 years related experience
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Experience with A/B and multivariant testing platforms
Adobe or Google Analytics Certified
5+ years related experience
