Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of social media content calendar in collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholders
Produce and publish original content to key social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels
Manage day-to-day outreach and response on social media channels, monitoring ongoing conversations and engaging with guest comments, messages and posts
Grow brand love and social presence through consistent and thoughtful customer interactions
Manage short-term and long-term creative projects with multiple stakeholders
Contribute to the ongoing development of Firehouse Subs' digital content strategy, serving as subject matter expert on content, culture and social media, staying on top of industry trends and platform updates
Support field marketing team and franchisees through ongoing education and best practices for digital local restaurant marketing
Support Firehouse Subs Rewards enrollment and frequency
Perform social-driven research and analysis, communicating important findings (positive and negative), ideas and/or trends to internal stakeholders
Identify potential partnerships and other relevant opportunities that come through via social media
Monitor, measure and report on the success of community engagement and KPIs
Assist in providing education and leadership to the broader Marketing organization and brand leadership on the impact/value of digital content / social media
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years' experience supporting social media within a brand or agency setting
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organization skills, meticulous attention to detail with relentlessly high standards.
Creative thinker with fresh ideas to activate and engage our community
Deep social media experience, a broad understanding of formats and functions across all major and emerging social platforms
Ability to quickly identify and communicate emerging social trends across all major platforms
Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics and data to drive decisions and strategy
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment
A team player who can successfully communicate ideas and details between teams
